Order Processing & Dispatch
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your items promptly.
In certain special cases—such as for made-to-order items, address verification issues or staff unavailability—dispatch may take longer than usual. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via a message during the checkout process and/or through a follow-up email.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the efficiency of local customs (if applicable), and the shipping carrier used for your region.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders with a subtotal over HK$1,000.
- Please note: For orders placed in other currencies, the free shipping threshold will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Standard Shipping: For orders below HK$1,000, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country/region.
- To view the exact shipping rate for your location, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The available shipping options and costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Duties, Customs, and Other Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.
These additional charges are solely the customer's responsibility. Customs policies and tax rates vary significantly by country, and we are unable to determine or control these costs. For specific details regarding fees and payment procedures, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
While customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays, such delays fall outside the scope of our shipping policy and control. Please note that if your package is held by customs or if additional fees are assessed, you are responsible for resolving these matters directly with the relevant authorities.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Ensuring your package reaches you without delay is important to us. Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the packing or dispatch process. Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address are unfortunately not possible.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. FLOUZ is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred to re-ship a package due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
